A Tale of Two Dogs is about two dogs of different breeds and from different countries whose God-orchestrated encounter turns into the most amazing and inspiring friendship.
Mochi is a Shiba Inu born in the Far East region of Japan. She is a hunting dog and an explorer, who is quirky, bold, and very independent. Murphy is a Pug born in the Silk Road region of China. Mochi teaches Murphy gentleness, patience, and self-control, while Murphy shows Mochi that faithfulness, kindness, and goodness go a long way in this world. Their special friendship shows young children how their differences can make them stronger. God made everyone special and unique, but people also have more in common than they think. A Tale of Two Dogs is a children's book suitable for kids aged three to five that celebrates people's differences as well as their likenesses. It encourages kids to spread kindness like confetti and be good to others and themselves. The Fruits of the Spirit will be reinforced for these young readers and their parents. The confetti will be in the shape of tiny crosses. Spelling "Dog" backwards is not a coincidence but a "God" wink.Les informations fournies dans la section « Synopsis » peuvent faire référence à une autre édition de ce titre.
Kirsten Nelson Telan, born in Melrose, Massachusetts, and raised in Orlando, Florida, earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from the University of Florida. She began her career in the entertainment public relations sector before transitioning to education where she worked as a substitute teacher and later director of admissions. Kirsten then served as event director for Credo Coffee Shops, where she supported local artists. She went on to dabble in commercial and modeling work for the Home Shopping Network and soon after began her Confetti Effect blog. She has written articles for numerous online publications.
Kirsten's greatest joys are being married to her high school sweetheart, Pat, and spending time with her two amazing children, Kyle and Abby. In her downtime, she enjoys reading, writing, traveling, hiking, attending weekly Bible studies and serving at Grace Church, and curling up next to her cuddly fur babies, Mochi and Murphy.Les informations fournies dans la section « A propos du livre » peuvent faire référence à une autre édition de ce titre.
