Riccardi has held positions as Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer overseeing high-profile data breaches and cybersecurity investigations. Riccardi earned his JD from the Western New England University School of Law, a BS in clinical laboratory sciences from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, and is certified in healthcare compliance by the Healthcare Compliance Certification Board (CCB).
