Discover how humanity’s oldest way of eating can transform your health with the science, philosophy, and mouthwatering recipes behind the carnivore lifestyle.
Humanity’s oldest way of eating isn’t a fad—it’s a way of life. Those who embrace the power of animal-based nutrition understand its transformative potential, from restoring metabolic health to unlocking sustained energy and peak performance.
But what does it truly mean to be a carnivore? How has this way of eating shaped human evolution? And why do animal foods so often deliver a greater nutritional return on investment than plants?
In Dr. Kiltz’s Guide to Carnivore Cooking, you’ll explore the science, history, and philosophy behind carnivory while discovering mouthwatering recipes that go far beyond steak and eggs.
Whether you’re a seasoned carnivore or just beginning your journey, this book offers practical guidance, inspiration, and bold flavors to help you embrace a simpler, more powerful way of eating.

Robert J. Kiltz, MD, is a renowned fertility specialist dedicated to helping individuals and couples build families. After adopting a high-fat, low-carbohydrate lifestyle to improve his own health, he observed its powerful impact on his patients’ fertility. This led him to further explore and advocate for keto and carnivore approaches as tools for optimizing reproductive health. At age 61, he fully embraced the carnivore lifestyle and continues to champion its benefits today.
Austin Cavelli is a physician assistant and dietary consultant who has successfully used the carnivore diet to help people reduce inflammation, get lean, and improve their health. She holds a master’s in medical sciences from Cornell University, and she takes a food-quality and bio-individuality approach to helping people.
Jacie Gregory―better known as Lady Carnivory―found salvation in the carnivore diet, and she is passionate about sharing the healing that carnivore brought into her own life through easy, accessible, and fun meaty recipes.
