Dr. Pooja Mehta, OTD, OTR/L, is an occupational therapist with over thirteen years of experience. She has worked with a wide range of neurodivergent children and their caregivers.


Over the course of her practice, she has come to realize that children are aware of their differences and that their families are eager to support them as they grow while embracing the unique characteristics of their sensory profiles.


Through this book, she aims to empower neurodivergent children and their families by presenting hypothetical yet realistic experiences, along with strategies and solutions they can apply in the real world.
