Construction Defects, Second Edition fournit un guide analytique sur la loi non uniforme sur les défauts de construction aux États-Unis. La première édition de ce livre a été publiée il y a près de dix ans pour fournir un guide utile sur le droit des défauts de construction aux États-Unis.
