Kevin Ewing has been honored by Lexology Index in its 2025 Thought Leaders-USA Guide. He has frequently been involved in efforts to improve federal policies governing infrastructure and related permitting and agency reviews. Kevin's work extends to many statutes, including the major pollution control statutes, NEPA, NHPA, the Natural Gas Act, the Pipeline Safety laws, and federal laws governing urban parks, such as LWCFA and UPARR. Kevin graduated cum laude from Yale University and received his J.D. degree from Georgetown University.

Twice recognized as a BTI Client Service All-Star, Duke McCall focuses his practice on environmental law and complex litigation. He represents clients in broad array of environmental and litigation matters, including claims of public and private nuisance, claims of "greenwashing," contribution actions, enforcement proceedings, citizen suits, toxic torts, and regulatory matters under a variety of federal and state statutes, regulations, and common law theories. He has served as lead counsel on numerous complex litigation and enforcement matters involving private parties, state and federal agencies, and the U.S. Department of Justice and its state counterparts.
Tom joined Beveridge & Diamond in 1982 and has served as Chairman of the Litigation group. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable John J. Sirica of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. He is a member of the bar of the United States Supreme Court and numerous federal trial and appellate courts.
