ADAM WEBER, As the chief people officer and cofounder of Emplify, ADAM WEBER helps lead an innovative, highly engaged culture and shares his learnings with strategic people leaders all over the world through speaking engagements. In 2020, Adam was named to Business Insider’s list of Rising Stars in Human Resources. Adam is a proud Ball State University alum. He lives with his wife, two sons, and dog in Zionsville, Indiana. His hobbies include camping with his family and backyard birdwatching.

VERNE HARNISH is founder of the world-renowned Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO), with over 18,000 members world-wide, and founded and chaired for fi fteen years EO’s premiere CEO program held at MIT, a program in which he still teaches today.
