Jyoti is a poet at heart and a multi-faceted personality. She contributed to women’s cricket in the 1990s and played at the national level, representing Vidarbha. She broke gender stereotypes when she became one of the first female medical representatives in the city of Nagpur. Jyoti is also an agriculturist and an entrepreneur with various trademarks to her credit. Her formal education began in the science stream, and she also explored humanities while studying English literature. All through her journey, words have been a constant companion and this poetry collection is the first to be born as a book.
