Stealth Coaching has become one of the most valuable strategies in my leadership toolbox. The pragmatic roadmap for implementing these skills into everyday leadership moments makes the adoption of this philosophy accessible for leaders in any profession or field. —Casey R. Shillam, PhD, RN—Dean and Professor, University of Portland School of Nursing
If you want to create a coaching culture in your organization, then Stealth Coaching is a must read. Reframing key coaching concepts, Rob Kramer shows how to make performance coaching practical, habitual, collegial, and, most importantly, impactful. His innovative approach moves these crucial conversations from behind closed doors to the office, hallway, or lunchroom—places where they are most needed and most effective. —Michael F. Belcher— Faculty and Coach, The Federal Executive Institute
Nothing can replace hiring talented people. But once you’ve hired the right people, Stealth Coaching will help you help them to be the very best leaders they can be. I’ve benefited personally from the wisdom you’ll find in Rob Kramer’s Stealth Coaching and so will you and those who work with you. Do yourself a favor, get a copy of this book for yourself and every leader with whom you work, listen to what Rob has to say, and put it into practice. —David Nelson— President, Catawba College, Former President of Massachusetts College of Art & Design
