Dr. D.S.Vincent completed his B.E.(Mech.,) at Sardar Vallabhai Regional college of Engineering & Technology, Surat; and his M.E.(Industrial Engg.,) at Thiagarajar College of Engineering at Madurai. He has passed his Diploma in Labour and Administrative Law at Annamalai University. Doctorate was conferred to him by Kalasalingam University. He has obtained a certificate in Transport Management from Central Institute of Road Transport, Pune. He is also a member in Institute of Engineers, Calcutta. He worked as top level Executive in Transport Industry for more than 35 years. He has participated in many workshops and seminars at Major Transport Organizations in India like the Central Institute of Road Transport, Pune and Institute of Road Transport, Chennai and also at Major Indian Transport companies like Ashok Leyland and JK Tyres.
