Having earned his M.A., M. PHIL, and Ph.D. from P.G. Department of English, Sambalpur University, Odisha, Dr. Padhee's doctoral research delved into the works of Kazuo Ishiguro, focusing on the topic of "Displacement and Alienation in the Novels of Kazuo Ishiguro: A Study of Memory & Trauma." With a distinguished tenure spanning eight years as a faculty member in English literature, Dr. Padhee is dedicated to advancing scholarship in the field of memory studies. He has authored several research papers in many journals of repute and a book titled From Consumption to Control: Reimagining Masculinity and Bodily Autonomy in Han Kang's The Vegetarian through the Lens of South Korean and Indian Patriarchies.. His academic pursuits and research endeavors underscore a commitment to intellectual rigor and the pursuit of knowledge. Moreover, his other areas of research are Post-human studies, Medical Humanities, and Witness narrative. Dr. Padhee anticipates contributing his formidable research acumen to further enrich the discipline of memory studies.

Ms. Meghna Gupta is an emerging researcher and writer whose work explores the intersections of history, memory, and psychology within urban and literary spaces. She holds a Master's degree in English from Amity School of Languages, Amity University, Chhattisgarh. Guided by Dr. Pratyush Ranjan Padhee, her research engaged deeply with Memory Studies and cognitive analysis of the brain. Her scholarly publication, "Edifying the Childhood Trauma: A Psychological Exploration of Fictional Psychopathy in Thomas Harris' The Silence of the Lambs," appeared in the International Journal of Research and Analytical Review, reflecting her sustained engagement with psychoanalysis and literary intersections. She is currently working as a teacher at Seth Anandram Jaipuriya School, Naini (U.P.), and continues to merge her academic insights with her passion for teaching Literature and reflective writing.
