Synopsis

Whether you simply want a deeply committed, lasting relationship or more, this book is for you.

If you’re tired of dating that goes nowhere . . . if you’re ready for something real, stable, and meaningful . . . this book will show you how to find, and build, a relationship that lasts, with or without a wedding.

Full of knowledgeable guidance and a wealth of examples, Marriage Minded demonstrates clearly how to move beyond uncertainty and create a relationship grounded in trust, compatibility, and emotional intimacy. Marcia Naomi Berger draws on her work as a clinical social worker and psychotherapist to take you step by step through building a strong partnership—meeting the right person, dating with intention, avoiding common pitfalls, and communicating in ways that deepen connection rather than derail it. Along the way, she shares accounts from people who have found love at every stage of life—real-life success stories—including her own journey toward a fulfilling, decades-long marriage.

Warm, practical, and refreshingly honest, Marriage Minded will show you how to stop settling, stop guessing, and start building a relationship that truly works.
