Bobi Leutschaft Poitras was born in Germany and moved with her family to Canada at the age of three. She has been writing poetry since she can remember and has been painting for several years. Bobi is fascinated by the simultaneous beauty and ugliness of life, and tries to reflect that in her work. She lives in Ontario, Canada, with her husband. They have four wonderful children and two adorable grandchildren (so far).
