If people need to stay late in the office to complete a project, the leader must set the pace and do the same. Setting the pace means having the right attitude of leadership and delegation. A leader who will lead by example will always have people following him or her inevitably, and this is what makes the leader in his or leadership authentic and well-qualified to lead.
