Synopsis

Your dream journal can be kept next to your bed for easy access.

Each entry has a section to write in before going to sleep. You can add the date, the location where you are sleeping, the time you go to sleep and a goal you might have for your dream. (e.g., solve a problem, visit somewhere beautiful, have a conversation with someone…)

The next section is lined paper so that you can write down as much detail about the dream as possible. Consider things as simple as a colour, person or place and try to add in as much details as possible of what happened and any emotions or thoughts that came up. If you gave your dream a goal, write down if you were able to accomplish that goal. There is also a space to write a title of the dream that you can come up with after recording the dream.

The last section is black space so that you can sketch any parts of the dreams that are most vivid.

Having a dream journal can be a very rewarding experience enhance the chances of lucid dreams. (consciously observe and/or control your dreams)
