He received early education in the Holy Cross School of Tripura and B.D.M International & Indus Valley World School of Kolkata, India respectively. He is currently the final year mechanical engineering student in the Institute of Engineering & Management, Kolkata, India. Besides, being a student, Samarpan has received many laurels with outstanding research papers in reputed SCI and other scientific journals. He has by far been the only student to be ever selected in the review committee of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) - USA and a full-time reviewer in the Journal on Mechanical Engineering of i-Manager Publications, Tamil Nadu, India.
