Synopsis

Letter of the Week Packet for the Letter B that includes crafts, activities, writing practice, path of motion, introducing the letter cards, a song, path of motion practice, reading literacy, writing center activity, dot to dot, maze, game, little book, and four crafts and lesson plans with suggestions for utilizing the activities over a five day period.

In this Letter of the Week packet, our friendly character Glimmercat, introduces the letter to children, and walks with them through their journey of discovering exciting sounds and new words that begin with each new letter. Over 40 pages of activities  Because of the emphasis on learning the sounds, this is an excellent phonics prep program for PreK.

Because we have a large Homeschool following, I include scripted lesson plans in each letter of the week packet. We also try to make sure that every day has a theme as move through the letter of the week.  Children like to be able to predict, and knowing that one day will all be about apples, is comforting and exciting for them at the same time.
