Synopsis

Follow along as 5 year-old Trae discovers why his family loves golf and how he learns some of the many life lessons this wonderful outdoor game presents. Golf and its many variations, like putt-putt and Top Golf, offer challenging and fun activities suitable for all ages. One particular life lesson Trae discovers is the importance of diversity and inclusion. Trae is fortunate to be surrounded by a diverse group of characters who help him learn the lessons of honesty, effort, planning, perseverance and more. And while this group of characters, from his favorite aunt, to his favorite dog, all think differently, they each play an equally important role in helping Trae as he faces life's little challenges. This book is the first in a series based on the real-life experiences of Justin Michael Mattheis. Justin did discover golf when he was 5 years old and is now an outstanding golfer who loves working as a golf professional. Follow along as this series explores how Justin copes with all sorts of challenges and learns to lean on a diverse set of friends and family to set and reach his life goals.
