À propos des auteurs

C. DeLayne Duffy is an American writer, born in 1968 in Portales, New Mexico. She has two adult children, who are the loves of her life and the inspiration behind her books. Her love of writing began when she took a creative writing class in college and her work was met with great enthusiasm from both her instructor and peers. DeLayne graduated with her Masters in Special Education from Eastern New Mexico University and has taught Special education in both New Mexico and in Texas . She now resides in Texas with her cat Binx.

Michelle Durham, an illustrator, has always enjoyed drawing and painting. Even as a young child, she would spend hours drawing. As a teenager, a basketball coach saw one of her drawings and encouraged her to continue and develop her work. Michelle went on to study art at South Plains Jr. College and then continued her studies at West Texas A & M University where she obtained a Bachelor's Degree of Fine Arts. She is now a Pre-K elementary teacher in Texas and has taught early childhood classes for many years. She met Ms. Duffy at the school where they both currently teach.
