Judy Winters Watkins is a former educator at the primary and secondary levels, a manager of youth academic/career programs, as well as a college administrator. She has a wicked sense of humor, is an advocate for education, and loves traveling with husband Sam, creative designing, interior decorating, Mexican food, sports and sharing special moments with her children, Julyan and Sammye, and grandchildren, Adaj, Jaden, Jada, and Olivia. She lives in Phoenix, Arizona.

Randy Gray II is a cartoonist and caricature artist from Louisville, KY. Since earning a degree in Graphic Arts from the University of Kentucky, Randy has run several online comic strips including RandGray Comics, My Quest for Cool, and Lil Dude. His comic book, Lil Dude and Rooney Explore Black History, was put into Jefferson County School libraries in Louisville. Randy conducts workshops on cartooning and comic book creation and held an artist residency at the Louisville Free Public Library. Randy has a wife and three children and loves exercising, drawing and spending time with his family.
