Synopsis

Gunner Weston had it all. A star high school quarterback on the verge of leading his team and town to a state championship, all while playing for his legendary coach and father. However, after one fateful April night everything changed, and the young quarterback is forced to deal with the harsh reality that his father and coach are now gone. The man he had admired his whole life has now left a void that seems too large for anyone to fill. As a new coach arrives from California, he brings with him a daughter whose utter contempt for the star quarterback is just as evident as her beauty. Her amazing talent on the musical stage, along with the demons that her family is hiding, has forced the young man to re-evaluate everything he has ever worked for. Can he become the man that his father would have wanted? Can she overcome the demons that have plagued her family and return to what she once loved? The answer to both of those questions may just lie in a game that is not played on the field.
