Have you lost a spouse, partner, or soulmate? Are you struggling with the grieving process?
I also lost my husband. This book documents my personal journey from love, through loss, grief, and on to survival.
This story is heartfelt. I lived through the darkest of days, where I truly believed that the light would never shine. Yet I survived. I am sharing my own story to both show and tell you that you too can survive and even thrive after a devastating loss.

À propos de l'auteur
Dr. Deborah Ishida is a retired Family Practice M.D who worked for Kaiser Permanente and at California State University, Northridge, until retirement. She also lectured for The National Alliance on Mental Illness' "Family to Family" classes and volunteers time to read to elementary school children.
Deborah also loves performing as a stand-up comedian and is a member of SAG-AFTRA. She has performed in commercials, plays, films, and TV. Some of her favorite skits were faor the show, Tim and Eric.
In her lifetime, Deborah has traveled extensively. However, she cherishes most her role as a mother and grandmother. The presence of her loved ones soften the edge of being widowed.
