À propos de l?auteur

Carleen found her teaching passion in early childhood and has over twenty years of teaching and working in early childhood classrooms. One of Carleen's greatest joys is sharing her love for reading with children and helping them explore their world through books. Her Grandma Amelia read children's books to her as a child and instilled in her a love for reading stories with her own two children and her students. Carleen enjoys cuddling with her Goldendoodle, teaching Sunday school, cheering on professional baseball games, traveling in Europe with her husband and two adult children-and her favorite thing to do, of course, is collecting children's books. Carleen hopes to inspire a love for reading in young children, just as her grandma did for her. Memories of Grandma Ameila inspired Carleen's new children's book, Peppernuts, which beautifully blends all of the best that Christmas and family have to offer.
