À propos de l'auteur

Dr. Robert J. Bauer was born in a small town in rural eastern Pennsylvania and attended the University of Maryland, College Park, on a full athletic scholarship, graduating with honors. He began his professional career teaching science before enrolling in the University of Maryland School of Medicine in Baltimore, where he earned his medical degree in 1972.

In 1973, Dr. Bauer moved to St. Mary's County in Southern Maryland, where he practiced family medicine for nearly fifty years. His career reflects decades of dedication to patient care and the evolving landscape of rural healthcare. Now retired, he lives in Hollywood, Maryland with his wife, Mary, and their dog, Olive.
