Synopsis

Pumkin, a middle-aged African-American female revisit her traumatic childhood in flashbacks throughout this tale of soul searching. She suffered traumatic family situation as a child that affected her ability to make sound decisions as an adult. Struggling with mental illness and drug dependency, Pumkin devises a plan to change her life, leaving the people behind who caused or allowed her suffering.
