À propos des auteurs
Robert Cvornyek is Professor Emeritus of History at Rhode Island College, US.
Douglas Stark is the museum director at the International Tennis Hall of Fame in Newport, Rhode Island. He is the author of three books about basketball: The SPHAS: The Life and Times of Basketball's Greatest Jewish Team (2011), Wartime Basketball: The Emergence of a National Sport during World War II (2016), and When Basketball Was Jewish: Voices of Those Who Played the Game (2017).
Donna L. Halper is a well-known media historian with expertise in broadcasting and social history. She has been a guest on the History Channel, PBS and NPR, and her research has been quoted in numerous publications. She has spent over 25 years as an educator and over 30 years as a broadcaster and is the author of three books, including Invisible Stars: A Social History of Women in American Broadcasting (2001).
Tracey Owens Patton is director of African American and diaspora studies as well as professor of communication in the Department of Communication and Journalism at The University of Wyoming.
