The Clavis Coaching Cadre is a growing collective of Clavis Coaching certified coaches. They are entrepreneurs, philanthropists, creatives, educators, and more who use coaching skills to enhance their effectiveness in their various arenas. The cadre is also a community wherein Clavis Coaching certified coaches build their skills by practicing their coaching with one another and with Clavis, herself. Through this, the cadre is also able to support each other's endeavors. The Tribe describes those cadre members who are closest to Clavis. Many of them are trusted to coach Clavis, and they are the coaches that she calls on to help lead seminars that require specialization. The Clavis Coaching Cadre is community. It is a practice of accountability and evolution. It is family.
