Meena Chavan , BCom, MCom, PhD (International Business/Entrepreneurship), is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA), Fellow of the Intercultural Academy of Intercultural Research (IAIR), and Ambassador Australia – International Entrepreneurship Network. Dr. Meena Chavan is an ardent, broad-spectrum Business/ Management academic at Macquarie University. Her core research interests lie at the intersection of International Business & International Entrepreneurship. She is an interculturalist and scholar in the field of Intercultural Management and Managing Diversity. Within this stream, Dr. Chavan’s focus has been on developing intercultural competence and cross-cultural leadership and entrepreneurship development. Her PhD research has produced the first Australian model for Ethnic Migrant Business Creation, "The Productive Diversity Model", which is specific to Australia and measures the value of a multicultural migrant workforce to bolster "International Business" and export earnings through links to their country of origin. Dr Chavan’s research has been published in top-tier national and international peer-reviewed journals and she has presented at Global Conference. She has published a book on Intercultural Management in Practice: Learning to Lead Diverse Global Organizations (Emerald Publications).

Sheba Nandkeolyar is a proud migrant from India. She is a leading Australian marketer and a global diversity leader. She is the Founder & CEO of MultiConnexions Group, Australia’s leading Marketing, Advertising, Digital, PR & Social Media company, a full service 360 company which works with multicultural and diaspora audiences in Australia and abroad. Sheba is passionate about bilateral business and international trade. She was the first woman National Chair of Australia India Business Council (AIBC) and is the current National Chair of AIBC Women in Business Chapter. A great believer in diversity, she has recently been inducted into the Global Board (headquartered in US) of International Advertising Association (IAA) as the Global Vice President of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I). As the Chair of the IAA DE&I Council, Sheba leads DE&I marcoms initiatives across 56 countries. She is engaged in mentoring and assisting start-ups in Australia and in the bilateral space. A frequent guest lecturer, she is often invited to share her business and industry experience at business schools. Sheba believes in migration. She believes in celebrating migrants’ contributions towards creating a richer social and economic fabric in Australia.
