Hadj Ahmed Bouarara received a licence degree in computer Science, Master diploma in computer modeling of knowledge and reasoning, Doctorat in Web and Knowledge Engineering from Dr. Tahar Moulay University and HDR from Sidibelabess University. Currently, the author is an associate Professor of Artificial Intelligence. Director of Ph.D. (since June 2020), the supervisor of several master's projects. The author is a valid instructor at huawei ICT academy on routing and switching track since 2021. Previously the author was a teacher at Elbadr Institution. The author is a part of the project metaheuristic for information retrieval in the GeCoDe laboratory. The author has more than 45 publications (books, book chapters, articles, conference papers…). The author was a member in the organisation and PC member of different international conferences such as CIIA, CNTA, JERI, ICTAACS'21, ICCSA’21, and other conferences. Before becoming an academic, the author achieved 80% on average and more in 15 computer science certifications. The author has a score of 10 from the Google Scholar H index and 16 on research gate. The author is an associate-Editor of IJOCI and IJIRR, an editorial advisory in JITR and IJIRR, a reviewver in IJSIR, IJORIS, IJSSCI.
