Clara Silveira Coordinator Professor at the School of Technology and Management (ESTG) of the Polytechnic Institute of Guarda (IPG), having 30 years of experience teaching "Software Engineering" in the Computer Science Engineering degree, and 8 years experience leading the management team of ESTG. She holds a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering, University of Porto (FEUP); Master in Electrical and Computer Engineering, specializing in Industrial Informatics at FEUP; and completed the Training Program on Public Management (FORGEP) by INA. Director of the Software Engineering and Information Systems field. Member of the Polytechnic Institute of Guarda Ethical Committee.
