Synopsis

ABOUT THE BOOK

Part two in the Visionary Series; this new stand-alone sequel from author M. Owen Clark is a refreshing blend of spy drama and science fiction intrigue. There is something under the ice in Antarctica. The Nazis knew it and the Americans know it now. The strong female lead Sophia Sinclair is once again thrown into an all too familiar affair of international espionage as her own self-published book becomes sought after for all the wrong reasons. From her diary about end of days and the apocalypse, this fast paced thriller pits the CIA and MI5 against each other as they both race to unearth one of the most compelling mysteries of all time. Cinematic in its action, descriptive in its detail and humorous to boot, this new science fiction classic explores hidden realms, shadowy elites and questions around a central narrative of imperialism through the ages.

“Dan Brown meets Philip K. Dick” said one reviewer.

THE BLURB

It’s about a book. It’s about a girl. It’s about a secret past and a hidden future. It’s about time Sophia realised.

Time may be a healer, but for Sophia Sinclair, the death of her partner was too much to bear. How could she share their real story with her family and friends and still stay mentally strong for her new daughter Faith? She had to get it all down, simply self publish her diary and that was just the start.

In this twisted tale of love, loss and loyalty, Sophia finds herself in breach of the Official Secrets Act and international Security Services will stop at nothing to repatriate her published book 2020 Vision!

Sophia races against time and her plight is helped by those closest to her, as they search for the ultimate answer to the Quantum Contra.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Being based in London, I'm surrounded by creativity and inspiration. I work in advertising, so wordplay and the power of words is central to me. The magic they convey manifests in the fact that they're only conjured through an ability to spell. I love SciFi, I love spy movies, so it was always my intention to marry the two and build in a long entrenched fascination with Nostradamus too. It makes me laugh how current events are retrofitted to fit within the paradigm he painted so long ago, so I decided to let his famous visions lead the story, particularly around the central idea of the identity of the mysterious Third Antichrist. So much of what I've written is closer to fact than fiction and many of the sub plots are in fact a comment on todays society and political agendas. It's a story that questions where power lies and when power lies, as well as an exploration of synchronicity, consciousness and reality. The original part of the trilogy, entitled '2020 Vision', really does set the scene and is now selling on Amazon.
