Synopsis

This is the story of a squirrel family that lived in a big tree trunk in the back yard of a wealthy family in a north suburb of Chicago.Percy and his wife, Melva, had talked about leaving the big city and move to a quieter neighborhood. At last, the day came when they left the city of Chicago in search of a better life and also to prepare a more safe and comfortable home for the arrival of their first kitten. They arrived in the suburb several days after leaving the city with many stops along the way. Not knowing where they were going, they searched and searched with great anticipation until they finally found just the right place. Upon entering this particular neighborhood right along the lakefront, Melvin saw this gigantic tree from a distance and ran towards it. As He came closer and closer, he said to his wife excitingly, “I think this is it!” He ran toward the tree, and then he went around it a couple of times, beaming with laughter and joy.
