The way consumers have done banking has dramatically changed in the last 20 years since with the introduction of e-banking. With this there has been changes within the banking industry in ways of the implementation of multidisciplinary processes within individual banking organisations. Also, having a look at how this new making system has been implemented into different countries including developing countries, this includes behaviour models. With relation to management, how the supply change is different or changed in finance and how banks are determining risk management. Then looking at how e-banking and if market research has been influenced and how banks have used this data within management.
