Synopsis
Shortly before noon on July 2, 1863, Father William Corby, assigned to the Irish Brigade, delivered a general absolution at the “Wheatfield” in the small town of Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. Joseph Sullivan was among the scores of Union soldiers who heard this prayer of forgiveness and whose life was then changed forever. Join Joe, from Waterbury, Connecticut, on his journey, and witness the Father’s saving grace. Paul Fitz-Patrick lives north of historic Gettysburg, PA. He is the author of two other inspirational novels. The first, Seen and Unseen: Companions on My Appalachian Journey (2013); and second, GIVEN (2014). At the time of this book’s publication, he is currently working on the continuation of GIVEN, which will be titled GIVEN II GRACE.
