Terry Holland is a former professional bull rider who competed for over two decades as a member of the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA). During his career, he rode across the United States and Canada, placed at major rodeos including Cheyenne, San Antonio, and Fort Worth, and qualifying multiple times for the Texas Circuit Finals. He was also the 1987 Mesquite Rodeo Year-End Bull Riding Champion.Following his riding career, Holland became a respected commentator, motivational speaker, and mentor within the rodeo community. He has appeared on national television and served as a color commentator for televised rodeo events. In addition to ranching in Texas, he has contributed to the sport through training and equipment development for rodeo athletes.Holland is also the co-author of the memoir What a Ride!, a personal account of his experiences in and out of the arena, blending stories of professional bull riding with themes of faith, perseverance, and humor.
