Anna Marie is an educator, speaker, writer, and business owner. Also a certified wellness specialist and certified health coach, Anna has over 18 years of experience in the health and wellness industry. She is the founder of the Happy-Whole-You coaching programs and was a high school teacher for over a decade. She created the Empower employee wellness program for the largest high school district in the state of California. Anna holds a Bachelor of Science and Masters degree along with many other health and wellness certifications. Education is very important to Anna, and she shares her education through one-on-one executive coaching, group programs, and health coaching through the Happy-Whole-You platform. Anna’s work has been in local magazines and she has been a regular expert on KGET17, an NBC affiliate station. Anna’s coaching programs have also been featured on Positive Impressions TV. Her first book was first published in March 2017. Anna is also the main blogger for HappyWholeYou.com. She has been a guest speaker and Stop Bullying Yourself trainer for hundreds of high school staff employees and students. Anna grew up in a small town outside of Lansing Michigan called Charlotte (Char-lott). She attended Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan and following graduation Anna was recruited to teach and coach in Bakersfield, California. Anna currently lives in Bakersfield, California although she travels back to Michigan every chance she can get.
