Bernard Séret is a consultant ichthyologist and shark expert, formerly at the National Museum of Natural History in Paris. He has contributed to numerous publications, most recently Rays of the World from Cornell University Press.

Julien Solé has worked as an infographic artist, illustrator, animator, and comic artist. He created the comic strip Cosmik Roger and regularly contributes to monthly comics magazine Fluide Glacial.
