Synopsis

Siu Wan Kuen: Small Circular Fist is a northern style set patterned after the famous form Gung Lick Kuen, and created by Shaolin Lohan Grandmaster Ma Kin Fung. This short and dynamic form is an excellent follow-up to the more basic and straightforward form of Lien Bo Kuen. This smooth and flowing form can be studied and even adopted by practitioners of northern styles everywhere. There are front kicks, side kicks, punches, backfist strikes, palm strikes, and elbow strikes in this gem of the northern style. This book is an instruction manual for this form.
