Synopsis
This is a grisly tale of murder, incest love and lust on land and the high seas. Max Fontaine faces betrayal and death as he investigates a cold case that leads to a plot to murder a tour group of university professors on a cruise ship's maiden Mediterranean voyage arranged by his fiancée, a New York advertising and marketing executive. The cold case in question involves the suspected murder of a top university administrator whose young wife has been having an affair with a newly hired professor. Max goes on the cruise with his fiancée only to find their trip marred by the muder of the academicians by harlequins. He becomes even more alarmed when he finds that he too has landed in their cross hairs as the ship finds itself in danger of being sabotaged. With his future marriage at stake, the murder count rising and his life on the line, Max throws all caution to the wind to save the ship from disaster and face the killers in one last bloody confrontation.
