Synopsis
Simon Prew’s criminal life was not of his choosing; at first, his actions motivated solely by survival. When wronged by the establishment sworn to protect him, his focus shifts to revenge. His aspiration to take the confidence game to a new level where anonymity is a crucial component for success is definitely ambitious. Caught by the police meant prison. Detection by the existing criminal element meant a much more grisly fate. An unlikely person, Sara Buchanan, stumbles into the mix. A brilliant criminal mind against an observant elderly waitress seems like a mismatch. Sara is only vaguely aware of how badly the odds are stacked against her and that Simon is only hitting his stride. The distinction between goodness and evilness of character blur during the pursuit.
