Synopsis
Ralo's plans in the streets of Covington were to succeed on the football field without failure until the feds singled his best friend out, and made him a powerful man in the dope game before they gave him life in prison. Now Ralo was thirsty for some answers and he didn't care if he had to sell his soul to the Illuminati to get them. On the flip side, Ralo saw his brother Melvin get gunned down by two cops with his hands up. His mother was also watching and protesters quickly filled the streets. A grand jury's decision not to indict officer Mike West and officer James Peter sparked waves of anger through LiLman, Ralo's older brother. He blamed Ralo for their brother's death and revenge is a must. But Calvin Brown, an investigator, who think he's hot on Ralo's trail for a crime he committed comes into the picture. Brown is crooked, and he sold his soul to the same people Ralo sold his soul too. They both feel like they are Covington Most Wanted and the sore has to be settle. But who is these suspicious women that keep appearing in Ralo's life? Can they be trusted, or will the rapper CeeBo and his Shell Shock crew have to save him at the end.
