Essencology is rooted in the consideration that man as a species is both instinctually driven and essentially influenced by the very trichotomic elements of nature. These elements according to the Bible are the soma (body), soul and spirit. To the Essencologist, man is integrated within three simultaneous realities. Each of these realities have their own effect upon the human perspective of self, others, and one’s attitude towards life in general.The systemic behavior patterns of man are trichotomically forged and systemically constructed. Each element of man’s trichotomic being adds to the schema of the human behavior and patterns of the psyche that influence and help maintain patterns of behavior. Behavior can be impacted by stresses or conditions that effect the body such as illness, injuries, lack of rest, or even dietary issues. Behavior can also be altered or constructed because of faulty adaptations of psychological processes. In other words, the adaptations of thought processes, perceptions, and the utilization of one’s perspective determine how and why one processes information in a particular manner. This book explores these realities and the effects each has on how man perceives and lives out his reality.
