This book consists of two 1978 supplemental reports written for Executive Intelligence Review (EIR) and its readership in leading layers across the globe: "Facts Behind the New Monetary System" (August 1978) and "The Theory of the European Monetary Fund" (October 1978). Along with his earlier How the International Development Bank Will Work (1975), these three reports of Lyndon LaRouche review his Grand Design of the proper principles and structure of international economic/financial arrangements in a Just World Economic Order, in which the maximum development of each individual and each state is promoted.
