Synopsis

Lady Godiva is one of the most misunderstood women of history, being reduced for the most part to a woman of shame instead of being regarded as a woman of high acclaim, which she was. I admire her passionate and used her for a prototype for my passion, the True Presence of Jesus Christ in the Eucharist. I also used Lady Godiva as a reference point; a backdrop if you will that history has not changed for women in general within the Catholic Church, the place to find the True Presence of the Second Person of the Blessed Trinity, in the Eucharist. I place before you via my writings, my experiences over the last 20 years within the Catholic Church as a woman, as a “common member of the laity”. One who is on fire spiritual speaking, yet one that is constantly being “hosed” by the powers within the church, for I am unconventional and do not fit into what the church deems their “master plan” via their hierarchical laws, rules and regulations, no, I prefer the “Master’s plan”, which is love, mercy and salvation for all. Many would say, if you do not like the church leave it, I say no, I will stay, it was given to me by the Master and if I need to stand alone or ride naked to reclaim her for the people, I will do so, until the church that is under siege by the enemy within is defeated. Or at the very least leave my attempts as a legacy, to the God/man in the “Tabernacle”. There are two realities to which you must cling. God is real and he is really present in the Eucharist. God has promised you his love and he is faithful to his promise. Do not listen to those who reject you, within the church, they never knew you, nor God, when they reject you; they speak to their own limitations not God’s. In their rejection of you they confess their poverty in the face of your needs.
