Synopsis

In this work, the reader will have a unique opportunity to know more about Prophet Muhammad through his statements. We selected statements from well authenticated and well respected early resources in Arabic. We favored statements that are contemporary as well as those that are still influential in shaping the Muslim thought. We tried to cover a wide range of subjects like theology, worship, morality, and dealing with other religions. Admittedly, the translation is not nearly as eloquent as the original in Arabic. We rather, prioritized simplicity and accuracy reflecting the meaning as the authors understand it from the original. We kept our comments to the minimum and we avoided using any Arabic terms.
