Synopsis

JAB Martial Art’s mission is provide our students with skills that improve self-defense, character development, and being good stewards of the community. Bullying in particular is a real threat to young kids and teens in our schools and it has the capacity to have significant and long lasting effects on the future behavior of our kids. Martial Arts programs provide a unique opportunity to engage young kids and teens and decreases the chance of being bullied in the first place by enhancing self-esteem and self-confidence. Our anti-bully program takes it a step further by teaching awareness and sensible options to manage negative interactions in a safe and inclusive environment where students develop the tools they need to be proactive and assertive. Our anti-bully program combined with a martial arts self-defense program gives our students the skills needed to neutralize bully threats. JAB Martial Arts Tae Kwon Do school is located in Sterling, VA.
