Synopsis

The purpose of this puzzle-workbook is to help you enhance your present-moment awareness and improve your observation-acuity using a vipassana-meditation type of approach.

"Vipassana" means to see things as they really are with non-judgmental awareness. This is a state of mind where you observe through the practice of a choiceless observation while maintaining a state of equanimity.

As you complete these puzzles, you will become more proficient in being open to allow and receive what is before you. Ultimately, you will learn to avoid forcing or trying to control what is being presented to you, but instead, will trust that it will be revealed as you allow it to be. This is a trust you must have in yourself. A trust that builds into a confidence that will put you on the proper wavelength to receive the information you are intentionally seeking. These word-search puzzles will help you strengthen that trust and confidence.

Essentially, the puzzles in this workbook will help you get better at relaxing, becoming aware, observing and allowing. This, in turn, will help you obtain more value from your meditations.

Within this training workbook are 2000 randomly generated words in 100 puzzles. There is absolutely no rhyme or reason to the randomly selected words. This will help train you to be open to any and all possibilities which will enhance your ability to achieve a zen-state quickly, in your day-to-day meditations.

To benefit the most from these puzzles, place a piece of paper over the words to find on the bottom, so you don’t know what they are, then relax and allow the words to come to you in the puzzle. When you feel you have found all the words, remove the paper and see if you have found all of the words listed under the word-search puzzle.
