Synopsis

The Biotage system and Millipore system are the de facto systems when performing Flash Chromatography. The old Varian company also sold one which was acquired by Agilent and the line dropped. It is more the cartridge than the unit. What I have experienced is the Biotage systems are easier to operate – simply set up for production situation better. I would say, that most true commercial operations are likely (note, these places tend to be a bit more than guarded on their operations.
