Love, as always, filled the air—but so did the prejudice and violence that made the city a fascinating and dangerous metropolis.About the AuthorRobert Muccigrosso was born in Elmira Heights, New York. He became a professor of history at Brooklyn College, where he taught for more than three decades and authored a variety of books, articles, and reviews. Since then he has published three Dick Dewitt mysteries, THE BLACK LLAMA CAPER, THE HOLLWOOD STARLET CAPER, AND THE SPYCATCHER CAPER. He has also published THE DUDLEY DILEMMAS, a humorous look at college life.
