Synopsis

I traversed my life in search of a dream as a young woman just out of high school in the mid-eighties. I felt lost, not sure what I was going to do with my life. I continually found myself unable to get set free of an unknown darkness despite my quests of self-exploration through the depths of mind alteration, spiritual awakenings and geographical journeys to California and Mexico. The tropical paradise of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, that I had surrounded myself with in order to pursue my writing interests, proved not enough to quiet my soul but for one moment, I was awakened and propelled forward. I then slowly began to discover who I was hiding behind my own words that were finding their way to the light of day Under the Sun after over a decade of searching. I went on to complete my Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from the University of Minnesota, majoring in English and Anthropology, as an enlightened self-interest goal.
